What JointReset is
JointReset is a personalized movement guidance product for people dealing with recurring joint limitations, tendon-related flare patterns, or stubborn movement issues. It starts with a mobility-first read on the pattern, then helps narrow the next useful training steps instead of defaulting to long generic routines.
The public website is built to explain that method in plain language, publish educational condition guides and articles, and help people decide whether the approach fits their situation before they move deeper into the product.
Today the mobile experience starts on iPhone. If we later release official Android or other mobile versions, the same entity and editorial standards will continue to apply unless we publish platform-specific updates.
